no !!!we think like that because we think that we only are making money when we earn a lot ( i mean the real real lot of money !) of money..rite??

let me give u an example..is it too hard to get RM1 from selling anything to anyone..for example..if we are trying to sell 2 bottle mineral water during a concert..funfair or function...we will able to sell it rite??and we will get a profit out of it..

so..don't let any excuse hinder u from involving and start your own business...like Tony Fernandes always said "believe the unbelievable, Dream the impossible, and dont take no for an answer...".. so..try to fight back if u think anything that try to stop u from achieve your dream..

if cant think the answer to fight back..ask anyone else..you ultimately can found the answer !!

This year’s event, to be held at Matrade Exhibition and Convention Centre on May 7-11, will be launched by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi.

Noharuddin said the halal food products market was estimated at RM150bil a year.

The world's largest halal trade fair, Mihas 2008 has included food processing and packaging machinery to cover a broader spectrum of the halal value chain.

Mihas 2008 will also feature pharmaceuticals, herbal products, cosmetics, healthcare, banking and finance.

“We would be holding other promotions such as trade-matching sessions, trade dialogues, seminars and awards presentation, too,” Noharuddin said.

He said 610 booths were available and the fair hoped to attract about 500 companies and 40,000 visitors.

“Mihas last year registered 36,792 visitors and 426 participating companies, including 96 foreign firms, and 514 booths,” he said, adding that 26 countries participated in the event.

To date, 339 booths had been booked and companies from China, India and Pakistan had confirmed their participation, he said.

why internet business?

i'am quite confident that all of us has hear about the internet business quite often..some of us sometimes might think that this is not a new or hot business anymore..at one time, i also think like that..

so..why i choose to involve in this internet business although at one time i also has failed doing it after trying for a few time..the reasons are :

1. i have to go to practical starting this 2nd June until the end of the year..so i can't give commitment to the business that need a lot of my time for travel or doing the transaction..
2. i did not have a lot of money in my saving account.. (not more than RM1,000 !)..so i'm not afford to involve in a business that need a lot of start up capital..
3. my brother has a lot of experience and expertise about the internet business..so ..i always can ask for his opinion and advice..
4. my home has streamyx...so..the facilities is there to me..i can use it for free because my father support it :)
5. i can't afford to delay anymore to start the business..really shameful when i'm now is at the final semester as a business student do not any business that can contribute healthy profit and money into my pocket :) at least by invoving in business, i can practice some theory that i learn in the class..

worm as a money machine..

yes ! i plan to make the worm as a livestock and make profit out of it..i have to choice whether want to make it myself or the company can make it for me what we call as "pawah system"...

for the pawah system, we just need to pay RM1,000 for 2kg worm and we will receive RM250 every month starting from the 5th month for the coming 9 more months...of course i really interested by looking at the figure..but if we pay it..we just have a certificate from the company as the prove..

so..i quite sceptical..because the company will not have the "valid legal obligation" to deliver all the promise..because for me..the return is quite high and we know it is not good for something "too good to be good"..

by the way, the company also organize a one day course with the fee or RM500 and we will learn how to make money from the worm..we also will receive 1kg of the worm which they told me that the value is about RM450...

but, sadly..there are three reasons that stop me from involve in this business which are :

1. i do not have RM1,000 in my saving account.. actually i can borrow it..but i must make sure about the return is guaranteed and the period is quite long..the money also is not liquid...
2. my sister which is a lawyer when i ask her advice about the RM1,000 investment, she said that i cannot protect my right well..which means..if the company breach the contract..there is nothing much i can do to claim anything from them..
3. my mother do not allow me to bring back the worm to our house.. :) so..i can't say anything...

so..from all the information that i include in this page..what do you think about MIBO?

for me, it quite interesting but it not suitable for me now because i am still studying now and do not have the enough capital in my saving account to start the business..i also do no have ample time to involve in that kind of business.. i also i a quite shy person...so in term of maketing wise..i will failed !!

hurm..ok ..i think all the excuse has potray some of my attitude that is not allign with business nature such as shy !! i think all the information about MIBO is more than enough.. and if we need some more..we can attend the free seminar@talk that their organize...

there, we can see and meet a lot of enthusiasm people and i must be feel wrong and shy if i still let my shy control myself..

my personal goals - to write a book !

here i want to make a more detail plan about my dream to write a book..the title will be 55 tips how to be a successful student..this is actually a malay book..so here are my roughly target..

this project will start on 6 may 2008

i have 10 days to prepare all this requirement from PTS :

please remember kf to include that u will collaborate with muazzin to includer verse and extract from the holy Quran..

so, before 17th may i must send the proposal to PTS..PTS said that they will reply the proposal within 2 weeks..

then, starting from 17th may i must start to write the book..every 5 days i must finish one chapter which are 3 pages a4 paper in microsoft word minimum...i must write more than 60 tips...

i must made the detail date after this..the deadline for every each tips..

a small change can make a huge different in long term

i have read that we can change or make a new habit in our life overnight..like what being said by anthony robbin in his book awaken the giant within..actually it is quite hard to believe but now i can prove to myself that it is true !!!

one day in april or march..i have decided to do a small additional things@action everyday...and i do it everyday consistently and i do that thing until today .... and i believe that a small change that i made will change and give a great value added for my self for my entire life...

this small change that i have successfully made also give me passion and strength to make other change and improvement in my life..as being said in the book.all this is like a muscle..we must always train and we will master the skills..

i can't give you what exactly that the things that i successfully add value in my life..but here i can give some example..for example..u decide to read 5 minutes any books before going to bed every night..of course this action will make u a much better person in the future.

and that is one of my next ideas on what i want to improve and add in my life..others alternative that i also might consider are:

1. read some verse about five minutes before going to sleep
2. list down 3 things why i should feel great or grateful that happen on that day..

i am sure thSave Nowat u can help me to make the list longer :)

"Dana Gombak"

this dana idea is being give by my father..and it has being realized by all my sibling..we make it like a coop..everyone in our sibling can contribute in the dana...the money in the dana will be use to invest in many financial activity such as in bank rakyat..stock market and now even in futures :) ...

all of us also can borrow the money from the dana with only flat rate 6% per annum...so its quite cheap and i also eligible to borrow although i am still a student and do not have any income :)

we also have a proper organization to manage this dana..there are a chaiman..fund manager..secretary..and treasurer... this also make us closer and there create a more reason for all of us to gather, meet and meeting...

business among student - prepaid card

as a student (still), i can see a lot of typical business that the student will do in the college or during study such as:

1. prepaid
   
2. mlm such as luxor and others (including the one near klcc :) )
3. cloth, jersey,f1 shirt
4. others..

today i would like to share with all of you on the prepaid card business...there are two method to do this business...which are through:

1. sms
2. physical card

sms

when i am using this method, i registered with rajaprepaid.com..the nearest competitor of rajaprepaid at time is mymode..this also a multilevel marketing (mlm) company...one of the problem when using this method are :

1. sometimes the pin have problem due to the negligence of the consumer....but..i have to call the customer service to ask for the serial number of the prepaid number..
2. sometimes i have to wait quite long to receive the pin number
3. the profit margin is too small...for rm10 is below than rm0.50..
4. there are other cost for me such as the sms cost to ask and receive the pin number..
5. it is quite difficult to keep the record and to give the customer the pin number

physical card

because of the above problem..i change my approach and start to sell the physical card..i buy the cards from the ordinary shop for rm10 and sell it for rm11..and its work !!! i just use the sms method just for a backup..i can see people from the far block coming to my room to buy the prepaid...all my roomates also did not feel uncomfortable although there are customers coming to our room because they have the convinience to buy top up card from me :) ....

one of my competitive advantage compared to the other prepaid card seller in the college at that time is i guaranteed all the buyer that i always have the prepaid card stock..100% guarantee !!!.. i have state it clearly in the poster that i paste...this is because..at that time..most of the seller is not consistent with their stock and there are some of them face the problem in the sms duration to get the pin number..

so..i dont have all their problem...and people are more prefer to direct come to me instead go and try to ask from the others..to ensure my cashflow is strong..i borrow fund from my "sibling fund" called as "dana gombak"....

in the next post i will tell you the story about dana gombak okey..

why we keep delay to start our business?

did you have the same problem that i have??so..there must be a reasons or excuse right? so..in order to solve any problem..we need to know about its cause and reasons behind the problem...

so..our first step is to list all the excuse...barriers...or reason on why we do not start the business yet..then..we can brainstorm for the solution and suggestion to overcome it..just take a little time and we can list it down in other post :)

high achievers = loners ?

from my previous post..i have said about wake up early in the morning..if we do it....obviously we will be different from the others especially our close friends..we might start our life early than him..so...in the near future if you want to start this habit...u might realize that someone will make you going to your old habit..why??

this is because..they are not making the changes..only you make it...so..in some cases..and it will be many cases..they cannot follow your postive changes..so..u cannot get along and move from one place to another with them anymore..

not many people willing to sacrifice their human relation with others just because want to make a positive changes in our life..thats why there is a research being conducted said the high achievers people tend to be loners..

just remember...we are an extra ordinary people..so..thats why...

when we wake up early in the morning..

did we realzie that when we wake up early in the morning, there are many extra works that we can do..that day will be a day that we can perform much better at least in term of quantity compared with the other day...

by cutting our amount of sleeping time, we also has increase our time that we can fully utilize compared with other people..so..this is one of the good alternative that we can practice and make it as our habit in order to achieve out goals to be different and more outstanding compared with our competitor...

so...think about it..3o minutes early still will make a different..and a huge different after 30 days :)
