one day in april or march..i have decided to do a small additional things@action everyday...and i do it everyday consistently and i do that thing until today .... and i believe that a small change that i made will change and give a great value added for my self for my entire life...
this small change that i have successfully made also give me passion and strength to make other change and improvement in my life..as being said in the book.all this is like a muscle..we must always train and we will master the skills..
i can't give you what exactly that the things that i successfully add value in my life..but here i can give some example..for example..u decide to read 5 minutes any books before going to bed every night..of course this action will make u a much better person in the future.
and that is one of my next ideas on what i want to improve and add in my life..others alternative that i also might consider are:
- read some verse about five minutes before going to sleep
- list down 3 things why i should feel great or grateful that happen on that day..
