did we realzie that when we wake up early in the morning, there are many extra works that we can do..that day will be a day that we can perform much better at least in term of quantity compared with the other day...
by cutting our amount of sleeping time, we also has increase our time that we can fully utilize compared with other people..so..this is one of the good alternative that we can practice and make it as our habit in order to achieve out goals to be different and more outstanding compared with our competitor...
so...think about it..3o minutes early still will make a different..and a huge different after 30 days :)
